On Tuesday, May 28, St. Luke’s Theater attended the
2024 HALO Awards at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, presented by
the Seven Angels Theater Company. The HALO Awards honor every aspect of high school theater: actors, singers, stagehands, directors, dancers, designers, and more.
This year, SLS was nominated for 13 awards and came home with two top prizes:
Fearless Award for Dramatic Theater for “Soundscapes”
Best Classical Musical for “Into the Woods”
After winning the award, Amanda Martin, '26, said, "This isn't about any one individual student; it's about the entire program and ensemble that we have created at St. Luke's."
Congratulations to the award-winning casts, crews, musicians, and the entire SLS Theater program and Performing Arts Department.
